I offer free unlimited e-mail support to all clients. I promise to respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
I often respond much quicker, usually within an hour or so. I also check my email after-hours, on weekends and holidays, but cannot guarantee a response time during those periods.
If you decide to call me, I charge a $50 minimum so have your credit card ready. However, if I think I we need to talk I'll call you and it's free, so be sure to include your phone number in your e-mail.
