SEO is a process, not an event.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) is the process of fine-tuning your web site so that it gets the highest possible page ranking on Google or other search engines.· The higher you are ranked for specific search terms, the more likely you are to get traffic to your site.
No one can guarantee you any page ranking and you should be suspicious of anyone who does. I only use legal and ethical "white hat" methods so you won't be penalized by Google or others. Please ask any questions you may have about the SEO process before you sign with others.
A Program that Gets Results
I will do all the basic work to optimize the site the first few days. It involves researching key words/phrases that related to you site, and optimizing your pages so they are search-engine friendly. It often takes a week or more for the changes to start showing up in the rankings. For $649, I do the following:
- Evaluate your Web site, including content, navigation and structure for SEO readiness.
- Evaluate your competitor's search presence, do a ranking evaluation and competitive intelligence.
- Do baseline Web site SEO page hits/ranking in order to measure improvement as SEO measures take effect.
- Add Google Analytics to your site.
- Add Google-friendly site map.
- Add Google Localization feature so your physical location can be found on a Google map.
- Edit pages for "Landing Page" modality including keywords in appropriate density on each optimized page.
- Complete Meta Tag optimization and include page names, descriptions, keywords, h1-h6 tags, alt-tags & page titles.
- Send back-link requests to 1,000 other sites.
- Do internal linking.
- Do Search Engine submissions for re-indexing (Google, Yahoo, Bing and 25 others).
- Make written recommendations for you to make in order to improve your conversion rate. Traffic is important, but a high conversion rate is more important.
- Weekly update reports sent to you.
- Monitor the site for a full 30 days and "tweak" it as necessary to further improve performance.
Optional Monthly Plan of Monitoring & Adjustments
Your web site will need additional monitoring and adjustment over time to improve ranking and keep them high. Many companies require a six month contract for this purpose. However, you are free to evaluate the situation, and each following month of monitoring and upgrading is only $349 per month if you request it.

If you desire a complete six month program, it is available for a reduced rate of $1895.
Important SEO Notes: The rates quoted here apply to sites of up to 25 pages. It is nominally more for the key word/phrase research and text rewrite for larger sites. With the proper work, your site will achieve higher rankings, and that means it is easier for your prospective customers to find your site on Google and other search engines.
* SEO Payment policy. Since SEO is labor intensive, and the largest portion of the work is done in the first week, all SEO fees are payable at the commencement of the project. It takes some days (and sometimes a week or so) for results to begin to register on search engines, yet the work is done and cannot be undone.· Once a site makes its initial leap in rankings, I make adjustments over the 30 day period to further enhance ranking. I will refund your payment after 30 days if there is zero improvement in the number of unique visitors to your site based on independent statistics generated by Google Analytics.
