Meet D.L. Hughes
D.L. Hughes comes to your project with a wealth of experience. He has been building web sites and doing other multimedia work since 1996. He is a Photoshop expert, and he has also written and produced documentary films and screen-based training units.
Don has an M.A. degree in Communications (Print and Multimedia). He has taught writing and New Media subjects at conferences and on the University level, both overseas and in the U.S., and was named to Outstanding Educators of America.
Today Don works as a freelancer from his home in Southern California. He gives each job his personal best in order to help his clients reach their goals.
